Horses you MUST back at Fontwell, Southwell and Uttoxeter

11th Dec 2018

LUCY GARDNER, riding SNAZZ MAN (nap, 12.40), overcame a slipped saddle, lost irons and a shortage of room approaching two out when storming home by seven lengths at Fontwell last time.

He has been turned out again under a penalty and can repay his trainer’s confidence with another success at the Sussex track.

Course winner Sixties Idol didn’t run too badly on the Flat at Bath last time out and can provide the main danger to the selection.

SBRAASE (nb) can score on Southwell’s Fibresand surface. He was beaten only a length on his course debut last month and followed up with a short head win at Wolverhampton.

Princess Harley and Anna Jammeela are also thriving at present and should run well.

EARL OF BUNNACURRY (treble) was bidding for a hat-trick for Irish trainer Gavin Cromwell at Southwell last month.

But he never looked like winning that day after a slow start and that run may have come too soon after his win at Wolverhampton nine days earlier. Expect this course and distance winner to run much better this afternoon.

Mr Coco Bean is also a course winner and has been performing well off his current mark in recent outings.
