Which Premier League manager is next for the chop?

We are coming to the crunch point in the Premier League season for a number of sides. Liverpool already appear to have the league title sewn up - in fact, were they to lose from here, it would be more of an achievement than when Leicester won it - but there is still much to play for in terms of European finishes, and who will ultimately have to drop down into the Championship.

1. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

It seems that every week there is a new rumour concerning Ole and that fact that he's not long for the Manchester United role, but he is still hanging in there, and is still - for the moment - being backed by the board. If his capture of Odion Ighalo pays dividends then he may receive praise for overseeing such an astute move, but if the former Watford man fails, Ole's neck will certainly be on the line.

2. Roy Hodgson

Hodgson, probably the most likeable manager in the entire league, recently became Crystal Palace's longest-serving boss since Steve Coppell in 1993, but his job is undeniably hanging by a thread. A terrible run of form, coupled with the fact that none of his players seem to know where the goal is, has left Palace looking uncertainly over their shoulders. Personally, I hope Roy stays, but there's every chance he could be gone in the coming weeks.

3. Eddie Howe

He's been with Bournemouth for coming up to 11 years - over two spells as boss - but could his time be coming to an end? Bournemouth is hovering dangerously close to the drop zone and, despite a couple of decent wins in recent weeks, they are by no means safe. Howe's position looks perilous.

4. Daniel Farke

Farke's Norwich side are bottom of the league, staring relegation in the face, and look to have absolutely no chance of recovering. This would generally make the team's boss a top candidate for a firing, but given that hardly anyone expected Norwich to stay up in the first place, and due to the fact that his boys are still playing very good football, it could be that he will be safe for at least the next couple of months.

5. David Moyes

The Chosen One looks, increasingly, like a manager without a clue. His West Ham side, despite huge financial investment in playing staff, is tragically bad, and his appointment earlier in the season has not boosted form or performances in any way. He may be given time to sort things out given that he's still relatively new, but the West Ham board is not known for being the most patient.
